You have a lot of work ahead of you, my friend. You have a lot of writing in front of you, too. You need to write down the qualities you want in a wife. You will need to fill out documents, and even write a longform bio of yourself.
You need to make sure you have your life in order and are ready to receive a wife. Is your house ready for a woman to come into it and make it her own?
Are you ready to hop on a plane and fly to a foreign country to meet your intended wife? Do you even have a passport?
Do you have savings that you can tap into to pay for travel, gifts, an engagement ring, and paperwork, etc.? Are you in a position to take time off to travel and then to marry? Can you afford a wedding (though you might cheat and just have a courthouse wedding, like I did!)?
If you have kids, are you in a position to bring someone entirely new into their lives?
