Your “Husband Resume” is one of the most important and difficult parts of this process. In it you will have at a minimum a letter of introduction along with a seven to ten page bio of yourself, professionally translated into your intended wife’s language, and high quality photos of yourself and your life.
You’ll also have a standard profile set up at a reputable online dating service with the right information displayed in the account.
This is harder than it seems. You will bleed your heart and soul onto the pages of the introduction letter and bio in full honesty and raw emotion and vulnerability. I wrote mine in one night, staying up until 10am the next morning to finish it. I spent the next several days rewriting portions and adding to it.
In the end I not only had a way to introduce myself, but I knew myself better as well. I had thought through and faced many things in my own past that I had never thought consciously about.
The next step was getting it translated into Russian, which the dating website I was a member of offered as a service.
Lastly was getting high quality photos of myself and my life. Not glamor photos though, because it’s unattractive for a man to have glamor photos taken of himself. Just some good photos taken by someone else in various settings. I also added in some action photos of me hiking, of my young daughter and I as well as my house and neighborhood. Remember, these girls need to be able to imagine being your wife and being married to you means partaking in every aspect of your life!
